Pianist Michelle Cann to Present Works by Chopin, Florence Price, and Others

Pianist Michelle Cann will perform works by Chopin, Florence Price, Brahms and Bonds on Sunday, November 7 at 4 p.m. in the Weis Center Auditorium. Masks are required. Performance Review: Red Sky

I was in awe of Red Sky’s performance of “Trace” on Tuesday, September 28th. The company’s distinct melody of magically choreographed movement and eye-catching visuals projected onto a screen behind the dancers made this presentation unforgettable. As the dancers glided on and off stage, the audience could feel the performers’ sense of unity and reliance on one another to tell these Indigenous origin stories. It was captivating to see soloists, duos, and larger groups as the constant variety held spectators’ attention for the full duration. Jazz Vocalist and Celebrity Vocal Coach Performs in Free Concert at the Weis Center

Jazz vocalist Jeremiah Abiah will perform on Wednesday, October 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Weis Center Atrium. Masks are required. The performance is free and tickets are not required. Jeremiah Abiah, better known as ABIAH, is a renowned singer, songwriter, celebrity vocal coach, author and producer. He has recorded for Universal Records, eOne and several international labels. Air Play Returns to Weis Center with Contemporary Cirque Performance Ideal for Ages 4-104

Circus and science collide in a gorgeous homage to the power of air. Flying umbrellas, larger-than-life balloons, giant kites floating over the audience and a huge snow globe will make audience members gasp in wonder and laugh until it hurts.
