Jazz Artist Endea Owens Performs with her Ensemble at the Weis Center on Sept. 17
The Weis Center will welcome jazz ensemble Endea Owens and The Cookout on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Weis Center Concert Hall. There will be a pre-performance artist talk from 6:45-7:05 p.m. in the Atrium, facilitated by Music Professor Wade Dean. The performance is sponsored, in part, by Teri MacBride and Steve Guattery. The band includes: Endea Owens – Bass, Curtis Nowosad – Drums, Arco Sandoval – Piano/Keys, Alphonso Horne – Trumpet, Irwin Hall – Saxophone, and Nia Drummond – Vocals.
