Panda’s Home, an enchanting and interactive performance that allows audience members to take a journey to ancient China, following the footprints left by a panda, will be presented by Italian-based company Compagnia TPO on Saturday, May 11 during three public performances: 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts. Nordic Folk Music Trio Comes to Weis Center
Dreamers’ Circus, a new driving force in Nordic music, will perform on Saturday, April 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts. Reimagining of Peter Pan Coming to Weis Center in Two Performances
Underneath a Magical Moon, a reimagining of Peter Pan as told by Wendy Darling, will fly into Lewisburg on Saturday, April 13 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Weis Center for the Performing Arts. Both performances are 60 minutes in length, without an intermission. The Family Discovery performance is suggested for grades K-5. Performance Review: Aizuri Quartet- Intricate Machines
Aizuri Quartet: Intricate Machines performed in the Weis Atrium lobby last Sunday at 2 pm. The performance began with an introduction from two of the composers who chose the music for the program. Each piece of music is special in that they each inhabit a different musical space. A prominent figure in the contemporary dance scene, Ririe-Woodbury pursues a mission to incorporate dance into everyone’s life through dynamic education and community outreach programs.
